Why I Became a Career Transition Coach
If you are tired, unsure, restless, ambitious, hopeful, or somewhere between “I have a plan” and “please do not ask me about my five-year vision,” you are welcome here.

Start with one question: What is my career asking me to notice right now?

Career Joy vs. Career Disconnection: Language for What You May Be Feeling at Work

The Career Joy Journey: A Human Way to Move From Career Disconnection to Action
Career joy is not escapism
When work is hard, career advice can get strangely binary.
One voice says, “Just be grateful. You have a job. Push through.”
The other says, “Quit. Follow your passion. Everything will work out.”
Neither approach always accounts for reality.
Most people cannot make career decisions in a vacuum. We have rent, healthcare, benefits, family obligations, debt, energy limits, job-market conditions, and a whole lot of emotions wrapped up in our work.
That is why I believe Career Joy is not about pretending work is always joyful.
It is not toxic positivity in a cute outfit.
“I’m Not Hireable” Is Not the End of the Story
A career coaching story about moving from self-doubt and Career Disconnection to clarity, confidence, and a role that fits.
